  • 1. Assess an emergency situation

    • 1.1 Check it is safe before you go in.
    • 1.2 Get help coming straight away.
  • 2. Apply initial response

    • 2.1 Do only what you are trained to do.
    • 2.2 Tell the right person and write it down.

Assessment conditions: Assessment occurs under the RTO's assessment arrangements, including any regulated first aid requirements.
