Know where the muster point is. Know who the first aiders are. Know where the first aid kit and fire extinguishers are. Know the site address and which gate to use.

Making the call

Say where you are first. Then say what happened. Then say how many people are hurt. Then say what help is coming. Stay on the phone until they tell you to hang up.

Remote sites: know the UHF channel and the nearest crossroad or GPS point
Send someone to meet the ambulance at the gate
Do not move a seriously injured person unless there is immediate danger
