GroundUp Workforce Qualify is configured around the learner's actual qualification and training environment.

Depending on the qualification, authorised course and learning materials can be used to create a support environment aligned to the concepts, terminology and knowledge the learner is expected to understand.

GroundUp Workforce does not replace the training provider, assessment process or authorised learning materials. It provides an additional layer of adaptive learning support around them.

The learning environment is configured to the qualification or program being supported. Availability is agreed per deployment — not every qualification is already configured.
